Return and Exchange Policy FAQ


How do I start a return?

To start a return, click here.

What items are returnable?

  • Within 100 days from the date of purchase
  • In unused and resalable condition
  • In the original packaging or with all of the tags intact

What items are non-refundable? 

 The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift Cards
  • 50% Deal Cave Discounted Items
  • Used Items with or without Tags

The item I received is damaged or is the wrong item!

Oh no! We are very sorry. You are a rare exception.

If the gear is faulty or the wrong item, simply use the return portal here within 100 days of delivery to exchange it for the correct item/undamaged free of charge.

Thanks for your patience and understanding! We are a small family owned and operated business and sometimes we make mistakes.

Can the items be exchanged?

We allow the exchange of purchased items that meet the returnable item requirements listed above.

Once the exchange request is approved and your item is returned or deemed disposable, the replacement item will be shipped to you (except in the case you purchase re:do and select instant exchange you will get it sooner and we will check the item later).

What are the refund options?

The following refund options are supported:

  • Refund to the original payment method (You Pay Return Shipping)
  • Store Credit (We Pay for Shipping)
  • Exchange for same or different item(s) (We Pay for Shipping)


How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email.

You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
